Information about the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center renovations
The Embassy Suites is currently undergoing renovations, which will continue through mid-year 2025. This does not affect the ALERRT conference, however it does mean there are limited hotel rooms for guests to stay. Unfortunately, some guests who are already booked at the Embassy Suites will need to find alternative accommodations. If your booking is affected by this, the hotel will reach out to you through email.
To accommodate, the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center has secured a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express, conveniently located across the highway, 900 Barnes Drive, San Marcos, TX 78666. The Holiday Inn Express is a 3 minute drive or a 12 minute walk to the The Embassy Suites. The hotel will be offering a shuttle service to those needing a ride back and forth from the locations.
